Delivery + Set Up

Delivery + Set Up Policy

Every bounce house rental has to be delivered and set up (no pick-ups allowed). We will set up 30 minutes prior to your rental time. You must have a level spot on grass if doing an outdoor rental, for indoor rentals you must have a spot large enough with clearance for the height. Tarp will be laid down first and then the bounce house on top and then staked into the grass for safety. Must be able to provide an outdoor power source 85 feet away from set up area. Pictures will be taken after set up showing it was received in good condition.

Delivery included in rental (up to 20 miles)

More than 20 miles is additional charge.

Tear Down

We will show up at the end of your rental period and deflate the unit and pack everything up - takes approx. 20 minutes. At this time the rental will be inspected that there was no damage done during the rental time. 

Cancelation Policy

Any cancelations must be done 2 weeks prior to rental date - exception for weather permitting cancelations that will be determined by The Party Palace. If a cancelation is done after the 2 week notice time then customer will not receive a refund on their deposit.
