What Are the Bounce House Rules?

There are no shoes, food (cupcakes with dye can stain easily if on hands and face), drinks, face paint, confetti, gender reveal dust/powder, pen/marker/crayon/paint/etc. allowed on the bounce house as this can cause the vinyl to pop, rip, or stain. Any damage (beyond typical wear and tear) will result in an additional fee to repair or replace the damage done.
We do not set up at events with face paint. Face paint (even washable) permanently stains the bouncers. If any face paint gets on the bouncer the client will be held responsible for replacement costs. 
Adult supervision is always required. Full list in the liability section.

How long is the rental?

Bounce House rental is for 6 hours with the option to add up to 2 more hours totaling 8 for an additional $25/hour after the 6!

How many kids can be on the bounce house?

Accepted Answer

Party Castle (Mist): 5 kid max. Max individual weight is 100lbs. Total weight limit is 500lbs

How long does delivery/set up take?

We deliver/set up 30-45 minutes prior to your event. Pickup is at the end of your scheduled event time. Please plan accordingly for an additional allotted amount of time afterwards for inspection/take down.

Can adults go on the Bounce House?

Party Castle (mist) is for kids only as the max weight limit per individual is only 100 lbs.

Question 6

Is there a deposit?

Yes, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit in order to book. The deposit is applied towards the total cost of your rental. If you need to cancel your event, we will hold your deposit and you can reschedule for any future date within 90 days of original event.

What is included with my rental?

• Blower  
• Extension cord (up to 85') - you must have a power source that can reach within that

• Sandbags for indoor events or stakes for outdoor events

What if I need to cancel?

Accepted Answer

If you need to cancel your event it must be within 2 weeks prior, we will hold your $50 non-refundable deposit and you can reschedule for any future date within 90 days of original date. When you are ready to reschedule, the deposit will be applied to your new event date. We ask as a courtesy that you give us as much notice as possible when canceling and/or rescheduling.

What is your bad weather policy?

Inflatables must be deflated when winds reach 25 mph. No exceptions. If it is raining the day of your event and your event is outdoors, the deposit will be held and you will be able to reschedule for any future date with in 90 days of original event.

Question 10

Are your rentals clean?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We wash, sanitize, and dry our inflatables immediately after each use. We are committed to ensure our clients are in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment.

Question 11

What forms of payment do you take?

We take cash or Venmo currently. Deposit is do at event sign up and then the full remainder is due the day before your event.
